Honeyman, Keppie & Mackintosh added a small conservatory and bathroom extension to the rear of this mid-19th-century terraced house. It is roughcast, with a half-timbered gable.

Authorship: The job book entry is in Keppie's hand and stylistically this is unlike Mackintosh's contemporary work. However, the drawings appear to be in his hand which, at this stage in his career when he was about to become a partner, suggests he had an involvement in the design.
